First Lutheran Youth

We have a great group of teenagers for FLY this year, from freshmen to seniors. Older teens share their experiences with those who are just starting out in high school.

We've been using a breakfast format on Sunday mornings. Some Sundays we meet at a local restaurant, while other weeks we'll walk downtown for bagels, meet at someone's home, or just bring stuff in to the youth room. Mainly, we want to get together to talk about life and school and how to live our faith in an often-complicated world. Check email for where and when the group meets each week. FLY is led by Nathan Winterhof.

Special events take place throughout the year. In addition to the annual ski/snowboard trip in late January and the Easter breakfast next spring, we're looking for the group to plan some outside activities - mini-golf, bowling, movie nights, camping and beach trips, and fundraisers.

We're looking forward to a great year and hope to see everyone there!!
